Trail Passes are non-refundable.

Dates of Note: Hardwood Ski and Bike will be hosting a few events and programs this season.  Trails will not be open during these events:

April 27th- Singletrack Classic

May 19th - Canada Cup

June 8th (Closed until 2pm)- Women's 4 hour Relay

July 27th- Summer Epic 8 hour Relay

August 24/25- Timber24 Trail Running Festival

September 21st - Fall Epic 8 hour Relay

Hardwood Ski and Bike recommends the purchase of tickets no more than 7 days in advance as tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is completed through the ecommerce online website, or any other affiliated retail outlets. Tickets will not be redeemed an hour or less before closing.  Hardwood Ski and Bike reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather, otherwise trails will be open rain, shine or snow.  Please check the local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.  It is the policy of Hardwood Ski and Bike NOT to issue refund checks for any reason, however, the Resort reserves the right to make an exception.
