Hardwood Ski and Bike promises to give you the best mountain biking and trail running conditions possible.  We can not guarantee what mother nature will give us but we can guarantee we will maintain the trails to the best of our ability.

By registering, I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken and may be used for promotional purposes. No names or ages will be used.

Trail Passes are non-refundable. 6 Pack tickets expire at the end of the 2025 Mountain Bike Season with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Each 6-Pack will give you 6 entries to be used by and individual or shared. Tickets may be redeemed any day the trails are open for use until October 31, 2025

Dates of Note: Hardwood Ski and Bike will be hosting a few events and programs this season.  Trails will not be open during these events:

May 17th (Closed until 1pm) - Hardwood Ontario Cup

May 18th - Hardwood Ontario Cup

May 31st (Closed until 1pm)- Singletrack Classic

June 7th (Closed until 2:30pm)- Women's 4 hour Relay'

June 8th (Closed until 12pm) - Timber Taster

July 26th- Summer Epic 8 hour Relay

August 23/24- Timber24 Trail Running Festival

September 27th - Fall Epic 8 hour Relay

Hardwood Ski and Bike recommends the purchase of tickets no more than 7 days in advance as tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is completed through the ecommerce online website, or any other affiliated retail outlets. Tickets will not be redeemed an hour or less before closing.  Hardwood Ski and Bike reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather, otherwise trails will be open rain, shine or snow.  Please check the local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.  It is the policy of Hardwood Ski and Bike NOT to issue refund checks for any reason, however, the Resort reserves the right to make an exception.
