Trail Passes are non-refundable. 6 Pack tickets expire at the end of the 2026 Mountain Bike Season with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Each 6-Pack will give you 6 entries to be used individually or shared. Tickets may be redeemed any day the trails are open for use until October 31, 2026.

Dates of Note: Hardwood Ski and Bike will be hosting a few events and programs this season.  

Trails will not be open during these events:

May 23 - Singletrack Classic - Closed to day riders until 1pm

June 6 - Women's 4-hour Relay - Closed to day riders until 2pm

June 13 - Timber24 Taster - Closed to day riders until 11am

June 20 - Ontario Cup - Closed to day riders until 1pm

June 21 - Ontario Cup Races - Full Closure

July 25 - Summer Epic 8 - Full Closure

August 21 - Timber24 - Closed to day riders after 4pm

August 22 - Timber24 - Full Closure

August 23 - Timber24 - Closed to day riders until 12pm

September 26 - Fall Epic 8 - Full Closure

October 14 - SMCSB XCountry Meet - Full Closure

October 20 - CSACS XCountry Race - Full Closure

Trails are for Mountain biking, Trail running and Hiking ONLY. No Onewheels, scooters or throttle bikes.

Hardwood Ski and Bike recommends the purchase of tickets no more than 7 days in advance as tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is completed through the ecommerce online website, or any other affiliated retail outlets. Tickets will not be redeemed an hour or less before closing.  Hardwood Ski and Bike reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather, otherwise trails will be open rain, shine or snow.  Please check the local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.  It is the policy of Hardwood Ski and Bike NOT to issue refund checks for any reason, however, the Resort reserves the right to make an exception.
